Sizing can differ across brands, designers and fabrics. A dress may be labelled a certain size but fit smaller, larger or true to size.

If your item doesn't fit, simply let us know via email (sulmankim@gmail.com) within 4 hours of delivery and we will arrange a return collection.

Once we have received and inspected the item(s), we will issue a full refund, less the shipping costs.

Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging using the waybill provided.

How It Works:

1. Place your order.
2. Try on your look at home.
3. If it doesn't fit, email us within 4 hours of delivery.
4. We will arrange collection of your item(s).
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds may take 2–3 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

☺︎ Please note: Items may be tried on for sizing purposes only and must be returned in their original condition, free from perfume, make-up, tanning products, and damage, with all packaging returned. A R100 cleaning fee may be deducted if additional cleaning is required.

⭐ Items showing signs of wear beyond a standard try-on will not qualify for a refund.
