💍 WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We carefully inspect and package every piece before it leaves us ✨

Please inspect your jewellery as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives:

• Broken
• Damaged
• Faulty

Please contact us within 4 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement if available, or offer a refund or store credit.

For jewellery purchases on their own, please select one of the following options at checkout:

Free collection from our Hyde Park Studio, Johannesburg by appointment only

If you are renting an item and adding jewellery to your order, please select Nationwide Delivery & Collection or free collection from our Hyde Park Studio, Johannesburg.

Your jewellery will be included with your rental order.


📦 HOW LONG DOES JEWELLERY SHIPPING TAKE?

Nationwide Door-to-Door Shipping (Purchases Only) usually takes 2–3 business days.

We also offer Express Next-Day Delivery (Purchases Only) for R300.

If your order includes a rental item and jewellery, Express Next-Day Delivery & Collection is R450.

Express orders must be placed before 12pm.

Please note:

• We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays
• Orders are only processed once payment has been completed
• Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and area coverage


🛍️ CAN I COLLECT MY JEWELLERY ORDER?

Yes ✨

You may collect your jewellery order from our Hyde Park Studio in Johannesburg free of charge.

Please select Collection & Return from our Hyde Park Studio, Johannesburg at checkout and book your collection appointment through Glow Studio Bookings.


📏 WHAT IF THE JEWELLERY DOESN’T FIT?

We recommend checking all sizing details before purchasing ✨

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or items that do not fit as expected.

🎁 WHAT IF I’M BUYING JEWELLERY AS A GIFT?

Our pieces make the perfect gift ✨

If purchasing in advance, we recommend checking your item as soon as it arrives to ensure everything is correct and in perfect condition.

If you’re unsure which piece to choose, a Gift Card is always a beautiful option.

Please note that our standard jewellery policy still applies. Jewellery purchases are final sale unless the item arrives faulty or damaged and is reported within 4 hours of delivery.


💧 IS THE JEWELLERY WATERPROOF?

To help maintain the longevity and finish of your jewellery, we recommend avoiding water exposure where possible ✨

This includes:

• Showering
• Swimming
• Exercising
• Exposure to perfumes, lotions, and chemicals


✨ WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY CHANGES COLOUR?

Different materials age differently, and natural wear may occur over time depending on:

• The material
• Frequency of wear
• Exposure to moisture
• Skincare products
• Perfumes and chemicals
• Storage and care

Colour changes, tarnishing, fading, or natural wear caused by use, water exposure, skincare products, perfume, or improper care are not considered faults.

💫 HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

To help maintain your glow:

• Avoid water, perfume, and harsh chemicals
• Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
• Store in a cool, dry place
• Keep your pieces in your Glow pouch or box when not in use
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing


🔁 CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE JEWELLERY?

For hygiene reasons, all jewellery purchases are final sale ✨

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

• The item arrives faulty or damaged
• The issue is reported within 4 hours of delivery
• Clear photographs are provided
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, natural wear, tarnishing, or damage caused by water, perfume, lotions, chemicals, or improper care.
