📦 HOW LONG DOES GLOW BRA SHIPPING TAKE?
Nationwide Door-to-Door Shipping (Purchases Only) usually takes 2–3 business days.
We also offer Express Next-Day Delivery (Purchases Only) for R300.
If your order includes a rental item and The Glow Bra, Express Next-Day Delivery & Collection is R450.
Express orders must be placed before 12pm.
Please note:
• We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays
• Orders are only processed once payment has been completed

We carefully inspect every piece before shipping ✨
Please inspect your Glow Bra as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives:
• Damaged
• Faulty
Please contact us within 4 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement if available, or offer a refund or store credit.
🔁 CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE GLOW BRA?
For hygiene reasons, The Glow Bra is non-returnable once used ✨
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
• The item arrives faulty or damaged
• The issue is reported within 4 hours of delivery
• Clear photographs are provided
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, or items that have been used, worn, washed, or removed from their original condition.
