✨ Glow Rental Boutique – Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of luxury rentals, all bookings are considered final once confirmed.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the rental date may qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date may qualify for store credit only, at the discretion of Glow Rental Boutique.

Once an item has been dispatched, collected, or the rental period has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Any fit issues, damages, or concerns must be reported within 4 hours of delivery or collection.

Refundable security deposits, where applicable, will be refunded once the item has been safely returned, inspected, and approved by Glow Rental Boutique.
