Glow Jewellery and The Glow Bra can be purchased on their own or added to your rental order.

For Glow Jewellery and The Glow Bra purchases on their own, please select one of the following options at checkout:

• Nationwide Door-to-Door Shipping (Purchases Only) — R120
• Express Delivery (Purchases Only) — R300
• Free collection from our Hyde Park Studio, Johannesburg by appointment only

Regular orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Express Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Please note:

• Orders placed after 12 pm are processed the next business day
• We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays
• Express orders must be placed before 10am and are subject to courier availability and delivery area
• Please allow additional time during promotional periods or public holidays

If your order includes a rental item together with Glow Jewellery or The Glow Bra, please select Nationwide Delivery & Collection or free collection from our Hyde Park Studio, Johannesburg at checkout.

Your Glow Jewellery or Glow Bra will be included with your rental order and delivered or collected together with your rental.

All Glow Shop orders are carefully prepared, quality-checked, and beautifully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and ready to glow ✨

📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items are final sale.

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

• Your item arrives damaged
• Your item arrives faulty
• You receive the incorrect item

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery.

Due to the intimate nature of this product, The Glow Bra may only be returned if:

• The item arrives faulty or damaged
• The issue is reported within 4 hours of delivery
• Clear photographs are provided
• The item is unworn and unused
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• The return is approved by our team

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used, worn, washed, opened, or removed-from-packaging Glow Bras.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
