By placing an order, making payment, booking a rental, collecting an item, accepting delivery, or using any product or service offered by The Glow Shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to:
• Retail purchases

The Glow Shop is a luxury beauty, fashion, and lifestyle destination operated by Elite Glow Studio (Pty) Ltd.
The Glow Shop offers curated fashion rentals, jewellery, beauty sleep products, accessories, and glow-focused lifestyle products through theglowshop.co.za and our Glow Studio in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.

GENERAL TERMS
The Glow Shop reserves the right to:
• Refuse or cancel orders
• Refuse rentals
• Suspend transactions
• Decline customers
• Request identity verification
• Refuse service
• Cancel bookings
where fraud, payment issues, verification concerns, operational limitations, abuse, suspicious activity, stock issues, or risk concerns arise.
By placing an order or booking, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• All information provided is accurate and truthful

PAYMENTS
Payments may be processed through Shopify, Yoco, Payfast, EFT, or any other approved payment provider used by The Glow Shop from time to time.
By placing an order or booking, you authorise The Glow Shop to charge your selected payment method for:
• Product purchases
• Rental fees
• Delivery fees
• Cleaning fees
• Damage charges
• Replacement costs
• Administrative fees
• Chargeback costs
• Courier fees
• Any amounts due under these Terms
If any payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, dishonoured, or otherwise not received, the customer remains liable for all outstanding amounts together with any reasonable recovery costs permitted by law.

PRODUCTS, IMAGES & AVAILABILITY
Product images, colours, textures, measurements, materials, finishes, fit descriptions, and product details are provided as accurately as reasonably possible but may vary due to:
• Lighting
• Photography
• Supplier variations

• Body shape
• Garment structure
• Prior wear
• Manufacturing variations
All products, rentals, and orders remain subject to availability.
The Glow Shop reserves the right to withdraw, replace, cancel, substitute, refuse, or remove products or rentals at any time.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & COLLECTION
The Glow Shop offers nationwide delivery within South Africa.
Estimated standard delivery times:
• Main centres: 2–3 business days
• Outlying areas: 2–4 business days
For purchases on their own, including Glow Jewellery and The Glow Bra, customers may select:
• Nationwide Door-to-Door Shipping (Purchases Only) — R120
• Express Next-Day Delivery (Purchases Only) — R300
• Free collection from our Hyde Park Studio, Johannesburg by appointment only
For rental orders, customers may select:
• Nationwide Delivery & Collection — R300
• Express Next-Day Delivery & Collection — R450
• Collection & Return from our Hyde Park Studio, Johannesburg — Free, by appointment only
Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the next business day.
Express orders must be placed before 12pm and are subject to courier availability and delivery area.
We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate delivery details
• Being available to receive deliveries
• Being available for collections where applicable
• Ensuring parcels are ready for collection on the agreed date and time
Missed deliveries, failed collections, incorrect addresses, estate delays, concierge delays, or customer unavailability may result in additional fees.
The Glow Shop is not liable for courier delays outside of its reasonable control.

GLOW JEWELLERY TERMS
The Glow Shop offers fashion jewellery, statement jewellery, plated jewellery, stainless steel jewellery, accessories, and curated jewellery pieces.
Jewellery must be handled with care.
To preserve jewellery quality, customers should avoid:
• Water
• Sweat
• Perfume
• Chemicals
• Moisture
• Oils
• Excessive heat
Jewellery should be removed before:
• Sleeping
• Showering
• Swimming
• Exercising
Due to hygiene and product protection reasons, all jewellery purchases are considered final sale unless the item arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
Any issue must be reported within 4 hours of delivery together with clear supporting photographs of the item and packaging.
Returned jewellery must:
• Be unworn
• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Include all tags, pouches, cards, and supplied accessories
The Glow Shop reserves the right to refuse returns where jewellery shows signs of:
• Wear
• Tarnishing
• Moisture exposure
• Scratching
• Damage
• Misuse
• Alteration
• Missing components
Normal wear, colour changes, tarnishing, fading, or changes to plating may occur over time depending on use, care, material, moisture exposure, skincare products, perfume, chemicals, and storage.
These are not considered faults.

THE GLOW BRA TERMS
The Glow Bra and related sleep accessories are intended for beauty sleep support, comfort support, skincare support, and lifestyle use only.
The Glow Bra is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Individual experiences and results may vary.
Due to hygiene and intimate-use considerations, Glow Bra purchases are considered final sale once:
• Opened
• Worn
• Used
• Washed
• Removed from original packaging
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered where the item arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
Any issue must be reported within 4 hours of delivery together with clear supporting photographs of the item and packaging.
Returned Glow Bras must:
• Be unworn
• Be unused
• Be unwashed
• Be in original packaging
• Be approved by our team
The Glow Shop is not responsible for:
• Allergic reactions
• Skin sensitivities
• Improper use
• Misuse
• Discomfort
• Individual product results
The Glow Bra is designed to help reduce and minimise chest creasing caused by side sleeping. Results may vary depending on skin type, sleeping position, consistency of use, lifestyle, and skincare habits.

RENTAL TERMS
Applicable to Glow Rental Boutique bookings
All rental items remain the property of Glow Rental Boutique and/or The Glow Shop at all times.
Rental items may include:
• Dresses
• Outfits
• Bags
• Jackets
• Jewellery
• Accessories
• Fashion items
• Any item listed as a rental product
By placing a rental booking, the renter accepts responsibility for the rental item until it is safely returned to, inspected, and accepted by Glow Rental Boutique.

RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period begins on the agreed delivery or collection date and ends on the agreed return date.
Items must be returned on time and in the same condition in which they were received, excluding reasonable wear and tear.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, rental returns are due by 12pm on the day following your final rental day.
Items remain the renter’s responsibility until safely returned to and inspected by Glow Rental Boutique.

CUSTOMER INSPECTION & FIT POLICY
Glow Rental Boutique may photograph, video, inspect, and record the condition of rental items before dispatch and after return.
These records may be used as evidence regarding damage, staining, odours, missing components, or late return.
The renter must inspect the item immediately upon receipt and notify Glow Rental Boutique in writing within 4 hours of delivery or collection of:
• Damage
• Defects
• Incorrect items
• Significant fit issues
If no notification is received within this period, the item will be deemed to have been received in good condition.
If approved under our FIT Policy, the customer may qualify for:
• An exchange, subject to availability
• Store credit
• A refund, subject to approval
Shipping and collection costs are non-refundable.
To qualify under the FIT Policy:
• Notification must be made within 4 hours of delivery or collection
• The item must be unworn
• The item must be unused
• Tags must remain attached, if provided
• The item must be returned in its original condition
• Packaging, garment bags, hangers, and supplied accessories must be returned, if provided
The FIT Policy does not apply to:
• Accessories
• Jewellery
• Bags
• Worn items
• Damaged items
• Late returns
• Items with removed tags
• Items that have been used, altered, stained, or damaged

CARE OF RENTAL ITEMS
Rental items must be treated with exceptional care.
The renter may not:
• Wash
• Dry clean
• Steam
• Iron
• Tumble dry
• Alter
• Pin
• Tape
• Glue
• Repair
• Modify
• Lend
• Sub-rent
• Transfer
• Allow third-party use
without prior written consent from Glow Rental Boutique.
Rental items must be returned free from:
• Excessive staining
• Smoke odours
• Perfume
• Fake tan
• Body oil
• Pet hair
• Food residue
• Excessive odours
• Damage requiring specialist cleaning
Additional cleaning, repair, or restoration fees may apply where necessary.

♡ Please do not alter me.
♡ If damaged, please do not attempt to repair me.
♡ Please keep me in the protective garment bag or packaging provided.
♡ Please return me in my original packaging.

DAMAGE, LOSS & THEFT
The renter accepts full responsibility for any:
• Damage
• Staining
• Alteration
• Loss
• Theft
• Missing components
• Non-return
• Late return
of any rental item during the rental period.
Charges may include:
• Cleaning costs
• Repair costs
• Loss of rental income
• Administrative costs
• Partial replacement costs
• Full retail replacement value where applicable
Lost, stolen, irreparably damaged, or non-returned items may result in the renter being charged up to the full retail replacement value of the item.
If the full replacement value is paid, ownership of the item passes to the renter on a voetstoots basis.

LATE RETURNS
Rental items must be returned on the agreed return date and by the agreed return time.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, returns are due by 12pm on the day following your final rental day.
Late returns may incur fees starting from R100 per item per day from the agreed return date and time until safely returned and received by Glow Rental Boutique.
If a late return affects another customer booking, the renter may also be liable for resulting losses reasonably incurred by Glow Rental Boutique.

DEPOSITS & SECURITY
Glow Rental Boutique may require a refundable security deposit or payment authorisation for selected rentals.
Deposit amounts may vary depending on:
• Item value
• Rental value
• Customer history
• Booking risk profile
Glow Rental Boutique may deduct approved charges relating to:
• Damage
• Excessive cleaning
• Late return
• Loss or theft
• Missing components
• Courier costs
• Chargebacks
• Breach of these Terms
• Replacement costs
Any remaining balance will be refunded after safe return, inspection, and approval of the item.

RENTAL CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
10 or more days before the rental period:
The customer may qualify for:
• Full refund
• Store credit
• Reschedule
Within 9 days before the rental period:
The customer may qualify for:
• Store credit
• Reschedule
After dispatch, collection, delivery, or use:
• No refund
• No store credit
• No reschedule
Glow Rental Boutique may charge a reasonable cancellation fee where costs have already been incurred or the item has been reserved and made unavailable to other customers.
No refunds or credits will apply once an item has been dispatched, collected, delivered, or worn.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
All bookings remain subject to item availability.
In the event that an item becomes unavailable due to damage, late return, quality concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, Glow Rental Boutique may offer:
• A replacement item
• Store credit
• A refund
Glow Rental Boutique is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including event costs, styling costs, photography costs, travel costs, disappointment, or loss of opportunity.

ACCESSORIES, JEWELLERY & BAGS FOR RENTAL
Accessories, jewellery, and bags require exceptional care and may be more susceptible to scratches, tarnishing, hardware damage, staining, odours, or missing components.
All items must be returned with their original components, including:
• Dust bags
• Straps
• Packaging
• Tags
• Clasps
• Chains
• Charms
• Detachable parts
• Supplied accessories
Missing components may result in additional charges.
For hygiene and security reasons, certain jewellery or accessory items may not qualify for refunds or fit-related returns once delivered or collected.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Glow Rental Boutique and The Glow Shop are not responsible for personal belongings left inside garments, bags, packaging, or courier parcels.
Please check all items carefully before returning them.

The Glow Shop may collect and process personal information for:

• Professional advisers

• Loss of personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase, rental, or use of any item
All products and rental items are purchased, rented, worn, and used entirely at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
The Glow Shop is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
• Courier delays
• Severe weather
• Strikes

• Supplier issues
• Force majeure events

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

The version applicable to an order or booking will be the version published at the time the order or booking is confirmed.
