🛍️ HOW DO I BOOK A RENTAL?

Browse our collection, select your look, choose your dates, and checkout online ✨

Once payment has been completed, your booking is confirmed and secured.

Bookings can be made:

• From 48 hours in advance before 1pm
• Up to 1 year ahead

Alternatively, you can book a try-on session at our Hyde Park Studio.

💳 CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM WITHOUT PAYING?

Unfortunately not — all bookings operate on a first come, first served basis.

Your rental is only secured once full payment has been made.


📏 WHAT IF THE DRESS ARRIVES & DOESN’T FIT?

We know sizing can vary between brands, designers, and fabrics ✨

That’s why we offer our ♡ FIT Check service.

Try your look on in the comfort of your own home. If it isn’t the perfect fit, simply let us know within 4 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a collection.

Please refer to our ♡ FIT Check Policy for full details.

If it isn’t the perfect fit, you may:

• Exchange the item, subject to availability
• Receive store credit
• Request a refund

✨ Receive a full refund upon the safe return and inspection of the item(s), less shipping and collection costs.

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to reflect.

♡ FIT CHECK POLICY

To qualify for our ♡ FIT Check:

• You must contact us within 4 hours of delivery
• The item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned with all original packaging, garment bags, and hangers, if provided
• Shipping and collection costs are non-refundable


👗 CAN I TRY ON BEFORE RENTING?

Yes — we offer private try-ons by appointment at our Glow Studio in Hyde Park, Johannesburg ✨

⏳ HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?

Our rental periods are 4 days, 8 days, or 16 days.

Need it longer? Contact us at sulmankim@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We recommend selecting delivery 1–2 days before your event for a stress-free experience.


✨ HOW DO STUDIO COLLECTIONS & RETURNS WORK?

Select Collection & Return from our Hyde Park Studio, Johannesburg at checkout ✨

We’ll have your chosen piece ready for you upon arrival.

Studio collections and returns are by appointment only.

🚚 DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Yes ✨

We offer nationwide door-to-door delivery across South Africa.

Nationwide Delivery & Collection for rentals is R300.

Free collection and return is available from our Hyde Park Studio in Johannesburg by appointment only.

Your order will arrive before your selected event date, and collection will be pre-arranged for you after your rental period.

Please note:

• We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays
• Express Next-Day Delivery & Collection is available for R450
• Express orders must be placed before 12pm and are subject to courier availability


📦 HOW DO I RETURN MY RENTAL?

Returning is simple ✨

If you selected Nationwide Delivery & Collection, we will send a courier the day after your rental period ends.

Please:

• Repack the item in its original packaging
• Include the garment bag and hanger, if provided
• Attach the return waybill, if provided
• Ensure your parcel is ready on the agreed collection date
• Make sure you are contactable on the collection day

If you selected Collection & Return from our Hyde Park Studio, Johannesburg, you will be responsible for returning the item to our studio on the day following your rental end date.


🧼 ARE THE GARMENTS CLEANED?

Absolutely ✨

Every piece is cleaned, steamed, quality-checked, and prepared before arriving with you.

Please do not wash or dry-clean the garment yourself.


💫 WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED?

Your rental includes minor wear coverage ✨

This includes:

• Small snags
• Loose buttons
• Minor wear consistent with normal use

Additional charges may apply for:

• Significant damage
• Permanent staining
• Specialised cleaning
• Broken zips
• Missing embellishments
• Irreparable damage


⚠️ WHAT IF THE ITEM IS LOST OR STOLEN?

All rental pieces remain the property of Glow Rental Boutique while in your care.

Lost, stolen, or non-returned items may be charged up to the full retail value.


🚗 CAN I USE UBER OR MY OWN COURIER FOR RETURNS?

Unfortunately not.

For safety, tracking, and smooth returns, rental returns must be handled through our arranged courier service or returned directly to our Hyde Park Studio by appointment.


⏰ WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN LATE?

Late returns may incur additional daily late fees.

Late returns may also impact future client bookings, so we kindly ask that all items are returned on time ✨


💔 WHAT IF I CANCEL OR DON’T WEAR THE DRESS?

All rentals are non-refundable.

Once booked, your item is reserved exclusively for you ✨

This means we cannot offer refunds for:

• Change of plans
• Event cancellations
• Unused rentals
• Failure to wear the item

If your dress does not fit, please let us know within 4 hours of delivery so we can assist you under our ♡ FIT Check Policy.
