By placing a booking with Glow Rental Boutique, you agree to our Rental Terms & Conditions. All garments and accessories remain the property of Glow Rental Boutique at all times.

The renter accepts full responsibility for the item from the time of delivery or collection until safely returned. Late returns, loss, theft, permanent staining, excessive wear, or damage beyond normal use may result in additional charges up to the full retail replacement value of the item.

Glow Rental Boutique reserves the right to request additional identity or security verification for selected rentals and may refuse, decline, or cancel bookings at its discretion should security or verification concerns arise.

Refundable security deposits and/or payment pre-authorisations may apply to selected rentals.
