Rent online or book a studio try-on at our Glow Studio in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.

Studio collection is by appointment only.

📍 STUDIO TRY-ONS

Visit our Glow Studio in Hyde Park to try on your favourite pieces before booking.

Try-on appointments are by appointment only.

⏳ RETURNING YOUR RENTAL

Returns are due by 12pm midday on the day following your final rental day ✨

Please make sure your item is ready for collection or returned to our studio on time.

🚚 SHIPPING

We offer nationwide delivery and collection across South Africa ✨

• Your item will arrive before your selected event date
• Delivery and collection for rentals is available at checkout
• For a seamless experience, we recommend selecting delivery 2–3 days before your event

⚡ Express Delivery & Collection is available for orders placed before 10am. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.*

Please note:

• Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next business day
• We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays
• Express delivery is subject to courier availability and delivery area

All pieces are carefully prepared, quality-checked, steamed, and beautifully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Please note:

• Collection is from our Glow Studio in Hyde Park, Johannesburg
• Your item will be prepared and ready at your selected collection time
• Collection and return are by appointment only
• Try-on appointments are booked separately

📦 RETURNS FOR SHIPPING ORDERS

Returning your rental is simple ✨

If you selected delivery and collection, your return collection will be arranged for the day following your rental period.

Please:

• Repack the item in its original packaging
• Include the garment bag and hanger, if provided
• Attach the return waybill, if provided
• Ensure your parcel is ready on the agreed collection date and time
• Make sure you are contactable on the collection day

Returns can be done via:

• Our arranged courier
• Or dropped off at our Glow Studio in Hyde Park, Johannesburg by appointment

✨ FIT POLICY

If your rental is shipped to you and it does not fit, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery.

If approved under our Fit Policy, you may:

• Exchange the item, subject to availability
• Receive store credit

Store credit or exchanges are subject to inspection and approval under our Fit Policy.

Please note that the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

• The item remains your responsibility until safely returned
• Late returns may incur additional fees
• Items must be returned in the condition received

In the case of:

• Damage beyond normal wear
• Loss or theft
• Permanent staining
• Non-return

Charges of up to the full retail value of the item may apply.
