At Home ♡ Fit Check
Sizing can vary between brands, designers and fabrics. A garment may be labelled a certain size but fit smaller, larger or true to size.
To assist customers in finding the right fit, The Glow Shop offers an At Home ♡ Fit Check service.
If your rental doesn't fit, simply notify us within 4 hours of delivery.

Upon approval, The Glow Shop will arrange collection of the item(s). Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued less the applicable shipping costs.
To qualify for a refund under the At Home ♡ Fit Check policy, item(s) must:
• Be tried on for sizing purposes only
• Be returned in their original condition
• Be free from perfume, make-up, tanning products, odours, stains and damage
• Be returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories
If an item is returned requiring additional cleaning due to perfume, make-up, tanning products, odours or other marks, The Glow Shop reserves the right to deduct a R100 cleaning fee from the refund amount.
Refunds may take 2–3 business days to reflect, depending on your banking institution.
The Glow Shop reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) do not meet the conditions outlined above.
⭐ Items showing signs of wear beyond a standard try-on will not qualify for a refund.
